I think we have 2 theory to make Kick Serve. They are not wrong, you can make Kick Serve with both of them.
The first is Kick Serve with supination for much pronation and the second is Kick Serve without supination or less pronation. I use term "much" and "less" for not confuse our point here. Because I and You believe that Kick Serve is with pronation.
