conditioning and practice

    Hey guys, i was wondering what would be a good ratio between hitting days and condition workout days

    for the summer im planning on hitting 5 to 6 days a week and i can't make up my mind about how many days i go out and run (3 or 4?)

    Can u guys share some of ur own experiences?
