YES, depends on who is the top seed, this could be possible to go to Illinois. Cardinal could win it all.

Stanford's best chance would be to get into a regional hosted by an SEC team that is weak at the 4-6 spots (there are a lot of them) and have the #2 seed be a lower end #2 like Drake, VCU, or an Auburn/Alabama type team.
