Coolest open throat all wood

It was almost 27 inches in length Just shy of it . I wanted to love it as it was all 100 % wood and I love flexible rackets and I love junior rackets . But alas it was not for me .. but god it was beautiful . I couldn't hit a clean shot with it , so I hung it on the wall in my pro shop then one day ... she was gone ... someone stole her..

Never seen one before. What a nice looking stick that is.

teachingprotx - that's horrible! I've often (semi) joked with my wife that if we have a fire, I'm grabbing at least half my collection if I can. I can't imagine what it would feel like to know someone just came in and took it off your wall.

Yeah I kinda 'cried in my car that day . The racket ...It hit terrible but it was so pretty to Look at. It added such a cool , vintage , staunch, old money country club vibe with it up on the wall that I loved .

I have several Masters Pro, the same shape, but all of them are composite - graphite/kevlar. Didn't know they made all wood the same shape.

That Kneissl Junior is an extremely rare frame! I have only seen one come up on US big giant auction site in the last 17 years that I have been checking.

Retro ---- ugh man I didn't realize that . Makes it 10 times worse for the loss . I got it from " the auction site " for 17 dollars free shipping it was brand new too. Never been hit with . It came prestrung with that gorgeous star stencil !

Auto - don't know anything about these . They look super cool !! how did the gautheir play??

I've never played with these rackets. I'm a collector and bought these rackets strictly because they are "cool". Back in the 70s when I played with wood rackets I heard about these fabulous european Gauthier rackets but I never met anyone who used them. I never actually got to hit with one back then either.
