Correlation between top 100/top10

Legend
I was thinking about how late Bautista Agut entered top 100(24.4) and yet how unexpectedly good he ended up to be. Right now he is in his first Master 1000 final just below a top 10 ranking and if he reaches it IMO this would probably be a record. I mean most "future" top 10 guys enter top 100 at 19-20 max, for example:

0. Hewitt - 17(won a title at 16!)
1. Djokovic - 18
2. Murray - 17
3. Wawrinka - 20
4. Raonic - 20
5. Nishikori - 19
6. Monfils - 18
7. Nadal - 16
8. Thiem - 20
9. Berdych - 19
10. Cilic - 19
11. Federer- 18
12. Tsonga - 22
13. Ferrer - 19
14. Gasquet - 18
15. Dimitrov - 19
16. Isner - 22(turned Pro at 21)
17. Simon - 21
18. Baghdatis- 18
19. Anderson - 22(turned Pro at 21)
20. Verdasco - 20
21. Almagro - 19
22. Youzhny - 18
23. Del Po - 19
24. Monaco - 20
25. Stepanek - 23
26. Melzer - 21
