It depends (a lot) on where you are. We are up in New England, and the courts need to be redone every spring with removal of old dressing, scarifying the courts, new dressing, rolling, and new lines. To get this done professionally costs our club several thousand dollars each year, for four courts. You can save by reusing line tape, but that means pulling all the nails yourself, and it doesn't last that long anyway. Plus we have a lawn tractor to pull the roller, which costs gas and maintenance. Plus we have a sprinkler system that always seems to have issues ($). Plus some small money for calcium and weedkiller. Plus the usual periodic replacement of nets, brushes, etc.
Down south, you can keep the lines on all year, and line tape can last several years. Then, you only need to roll and add more dressing as needed.
