let's see who is gonna win in Brazil.
hey! why does that look so good at 6:00 a.m.?and we start the tournament with a refreshing caipirinha
i was going to suggest it !and we start the tournament with a refreshing caipirinha
Nice... if he passes second round he will be mostlikely facing HIs team mate Rui Machado's Best Friend Marcel Granollers... curious!i was going to suggest it !
by the way, did you see the brazilian version of the gRRRiquisimas cereals in the other thread ?!
(and don't forget to mention the presence of the GOAP in the draw or gorecki will complain !)
Caipirinha and some Feijoada...hey! why does that look so good at 6:00 a.m.?
darn you, oscar!
btw, thanks for putting up that poll. i had looked at the draw and not seen those interesting guys, many of whom were at vina del mar last week, so this is looking better already!
Gil? not brazilian Oscar!ok i forgot Gil, more brazilian treats to come
I dont think so, but it could be. He was in a similar outfit in white at auckland, and the design across the front was reflective. very nice.is it reebok?
yay ... vamos nico!Almagro wins the first set 7/6
yea, we all miss guga!!Ricardo Hocevar is playing very well. But he just don`t have answers to Almagro`s big serve. By the way, Nico seemes kinda chubby to me ...
Unfortunately the tickets are just too expensive in Costa do Sauípe. Needless to say that we don't have a "tennis tradition" here in Brazil, so since Guga retired, it is quite unusual to see a tennis court full.
no different from usual. he's a different body type from gilles simon. to me he looks aristocratic.Ricardo Hocevar is playing very well. But he just don`t have answers to Almagro`s big serve. By the way, Nico seemes kinda chubby to me ...
that's too bad ... it would be better if they made it more accessible ...... on the other hand, after viewing that youtube about Carnival, that's gotta be expensive to get all gussied up for.Unfortunately the tickets are just too expensive in Costa do Sauípe. Needless to say that we don't have a "tennis tradition" here in Brazil, so since Guga retired, it is quite unusual to see a tennis court full.
Melo and Sa are the best doubles players of Brazil. They`ve reached the semifinals of Wimbledon in 2007 and were very close to participate in Masters Cup last year (they've ended in ninth place, so they went to Shanghai as alternates). Melo, Sa and Bruno Soares (who is now partner of Kevin Ullyet of Zimbabwe) currently are top 20 doubles players.apparently, next up on center court is:
M Melo (BRA) / A Sa (BRA) vs [WC] T Bellucci (BRA) / S Prieto (ARG)
the only one of these four i've seen before is Bellucci -- i remember him from vina del mar last week. he's got that deadly drop shot. never seen him in dubs before. i'm assuming it will be easier for two than it was for one to get to that dropper of bellucci's
