They’re just numbers. You can interpret them any way you want. I haven’t read anywhere that vaccinated are more susceptible, to be honest, just that there are 5 times more. Maybe my wording wasn’t clear.

Yes you can say there are 5 time as many vaccinated people infected but that doesn’t mean they are more susceptible unless you normalize using the total population of uninflected people that are vaccinated and unvaccinated
