Hi, I posted a video a month back and got some great feedback on things to improve which I feel has helped my game.

I have tried to incorporate these to an extent particularly the body turn and grip on serve. I do revert back to my old habits now and then! I was wondering if you guys could critique me again. (I am the one with the glasses and fluorescent shoes). Thanks again!

You gave your opponent a beat down!
I didn't give a review on your initial video. But I just looked at it and I do see a lot of improvements, especially on the backhand side. I'm not a one-handed backhand player so can't give too much advice on it, but it looked smoother overall.

For the forehand, I see that you have a problem that is common with lower level players, which is that you don't have much of a shoulder turn/unit turn with your takeback. An easy fix is to keep your non-dominant (left) hand on the throat of the racquet when you are doing your takeback. Your chest should be facing the side fence when you complete this action.

A proper shoulder turn/unit turn will significantly improve your consistency and ability to generate power.

Thanks for the feedback, non dominant had on the throat of the racquet seems like a great idea.
