Critique my serve

your right side leg & hip complex is collapsing too early preventing full energy transfer from the legs. other than that pretty good.

i think if you concentrating on moving your arm more violently through the ball and down. this would solve a lot of the problems those too posters are talking about.

Nice controlled motion.
Maybe more closed stance, maybe wider stance at prep (very few good servers can serve consistently with a narrow platform stance), maybe a vid from directly behind you, about 5' high, that shows how the ball goes and where it lands on the court and the backfence.

Did anyone else notice OP almost lands his front foot as impact happens.
I hope I don't have this timing, coming down as I hit.
Nice, controlled motion, but is timing off with the spring upwards?
Very little vertical for such a young strong payer.

Honestly, OP, I don't get much vert on my serves either, and like you, I can claim it goes a hair over 100 mph.
Forward drive helps, live arms helps more, good technique.
But in your case, especially considering your age, some upward movement would give you a bigger court to hit into, so you can swing faster more often, and still get the ball IN.
I think in my twenties, my strikepoint on flat serves was around 9'9". Now aging another 45 years, maybe it's around 9'. Higher is better.

It's been said already to some extent, but on your flat serves in particular, an extra half foot higher on the contact point (and thus ball toss) would help you extend through the ball more. This will give you more power and more consistency (higher margin for error from a higher contact).
