Cross RDX500MP with RDS003 and you have...?

Hey I cannot get enough power with the RDX500MP but love everything else about it. It just feels like all the weight is in the handle, making it hard to put the ball away, and I'm not big on customising racquets. The other racquet I've hit a lot with is the Wilson 95 inch, the latest one red and black, name escapes me, and that has a lot more free power on serve and is better for my two handed backhand. But has no touch. Before I had an RDS003 and it was great to learn on but is just too light.

I'm looking at maybe the RdiS100MP as a racquet with a bit more weight to it for my serve and backhand?

Of course, RDX500 is for high level players tat don't need any power, they can generate it themselves, and they rather choose control over power.

You can add 4g of lead at 3 and 9 oçlock and that will take care of your problem (lack of power).

RDiS 100 has more power, but it is very different in feel from RDX 500.

It's a good idea, may have to experiment. It's funny, the heavier racquet I get a lot more power from. I can hit hard with the RDX but it's exhausting over a long match, I can't keep it up.

Yes, you can get more power when you have a faster swing you'll hve no problem in generating pace, that is why it is designed for more advanced players, but I'm sure with lead there you'll get extra easy power, also you can always look for more powerful strings to compensate and/or lower the tension.
