Crosses for Tier One Black Knight 18g (1.18): scenarios for distal bicep tenderness

Been stupidly playing full bed BK 16g (21kg) in Vcore 95 for a solid 6-month period and my bicep tendon is asking me to switch things up. I'll be using Velocity MLT 16g for the time being. But as I was thinking of transitioning back to BK, I'd like some opinions on some of the hybrid setups using BK 18g as mains at 21kg.
  1. Gosen OG Sheep Micro 16g or 18g: I have the 16g reel that I liked to use as mains crosses when I was using alu power as mains, but I remember when I was testing BK 17g/OGSM 16g hybrid, the string bed locked up pretty fast. I'd assume with BK 18g, that would be accelerated. With that said, if I could get 6 hours with this setup, that's a pass for me.
  2. Tier One Ghost Wire 18g or 19g: I really liked BK 17g/GW 17g hybrid, but for some reason I couldn't give up on that magical BK full bed feel, so never bothered to try it again. Main question here would be how long GW 18g/19g would last (before breaking) in a hybrid with BK 18g.
  3. Ashaway Monogut ZX 16g (natural): My friend is a PEEK lover. I've been avoiding it as it seems to be a finicky string to string up (i.e. fragile and may require a pre-stretch). This one is probably too niche to get much opinions on... but I'll be trying BK 16g/ZX 16g sometime in the upcoming few weeks, if anyone is interested.
  4. Velocity MLT 16g (natural): This hybrid probably won't last 4 hours but would be interested if anyone has tried... Or just poly/multi hybrids in general.
Another thing I've done in the past was OGSM 16g mains with Alu Power in the crosses; probably a huge waste of Alu Power. But, I actually enjoyed the set up. Would be interested in hearing comfort level of having syn gut mains with BK in the crosses, compared to vice versa.

Don't bother with the pre-stretch on the ZX, it will eat into your mains and lock up anyways, you'll feel it when you're serving, I felt this after using the same stringbed after 5-6 sets and it's time to cut them out. Otherwise poly/ZX has been the best stringbed I've used so far, testing out nat/poly hybrid now. With a stiff poly / ZX, you won't feel the poly at all it's so freaking comfortable until it eats into the mains.

Also I don't really feel the tension lose on the ZX using it as a cross, pre-stretch is unneccesary but be careful on stringing it... I babied a set of natural ZX 16G, no pre-stretch, and it snapped twice on the second cross stringing at only 25kg. I tried another set of black ZX and lowered it to 23kg and it strung up fine, the only reason I am looking at nat/poly hybrid now is when I string, I don't want to stress out about the ZX breaking or not on the stringer since I usually string 2-3 racquets at a time.
