(vs #81 Ilhan, #67 Lajovic, #56 Steve Johnson, #13 Simon, #2 Federer)

Quick observations:
  • Djokovic the best at protecting his serve, with the fewest points (27%) lost on serve, and the fewest breaks surrendered (5)
  • Wawrinka only at 50% 1st serve %, but is winning 81% of his first serve points
  • Murray the best at converting BPs (53%); Djokovic (38%) and Wawrinka (37%) the worst
  • Murray has the most breaks of serve, but also had his own serve broken the most times. Probably a result of that 48% points won on 2nd serve stat
  • Djokovic going to the net a lot - 15.6% of his points played at the net. He's also limiting opponents to 54% net points won
  • Tsonga doing very well on serve - 43 aces and 12 DF (+31); 81% first serve points won. He also has the fastest serve
  • Wawrinka with the highest average 1st and 2nd serve speeds
  • Djokovic with the best winners/UEs differential (+85), followed by Murray (+52)

Jm - was watching Tsonga against Nishi and true his second serve isn't that fast, althoug with plenty of spin sometimes

What is amazing is Wawa dominating average speed on first and second serve given he's probably the shortest guy of the 4.

Not only speed, but it's as flat as a pancake. I think he can get away with those speeds but definitely needs more spin

If it was flat as a pancake he'd be losing 90% of those points at the speed he hits it. It HAS to have a decent amount of spin on it.
