Customer Service - Thank You

    I have a pair of the Nike Air Zoom Breathe Free II and wore right through them as expected. Not knowing about the 6 month guarantee at the time I bought them, I didn't have the receipt. I called TW to see if I could get a new receipt so that I could send the shoes to Nike and was told to simply send the shoes to TW with the order number.

    I appreciate the convenience. Thank you TW. Just make sure I get a new pair. :D

    I think $110 is a lot to spend on shoes that will be worn through in a few months. Nike's gaurantee makes it alot more tolerable. I also had the opportunity to get the shoes for cheaper, but decided to order another pair from TW based on the good service.
