Customizing Wilson Pro Staff 97L v14

Hi there -

I really like the stiffness of the Pro Staff 97L v14 vs the regular Pro Staff 97 v14 while demoing. Has anybody tried customizing the 97L (aka adding weight) in order to get a more powerful (or maneuverable) pro staff?

You could try a leather grip and 3g at 12 (or 1,5 + 1,5 at 10/2 for more stability)

Leather grip or about 7 grams of weight inside the handle. Either will work. Then 4 grams of lead to the tip of the frame. If polarization isn't your cup of tea. 2 grams each to 3 and 9.

Curious if you've done this and how it plays. Were you thinking about matching the weight of the standard 97 or landing somewhere closer to 300-305g?

Thanks, I live in MN (suburbs) so I am not traveling right to the indoor club currently b/c of all the patrols (even though I'm full US citizen). Will let you know this subsides.
