Cyclone Tour 1.25 vs. BHBR 1.25

I've tried BHBR in a full bed @52 lbs. in a Dunlop AG200 and I found it to play kind of springy and muted. I'm trying to get a comparison between these two strings because they are both shaped and twisted and soft and I'm interested in Cyclone Tour. I'm hoping there is a considerable difference, with Cyclone Tour giving a softer, fabric type of feel. Also, any recommendations for other strings with this type of feel would be greatly appreciated. One string that I'm interested in is MSV Focus Hex 1.23 Black, except that it's pretty stiff. My last string was Cyberflash 1.25. I loved the feel and performance, but it would wear my arm out to quickly. I'm open to stringing either a full bed or a hybrid.

Cyclone Tour is a bit softer and has a bit more pop than BHBR.

What's the feel of CT like? Is it plasticky like Cyclone and BHBR? I'm hoping for something different than that. The string I'm really looking for is Luxilon M2 Pro that lasts longer or costs less. CT costs less, so if it's anything like M2 Pro, I'm in.

Yes, it's just a softer and more powerful version of Cyclone. I think most polys feel this way and it's been a long time since I tried M2 so I do not recall how that one feels. These won't feel like natural gut or a good multi.

I've played Cyclone, CT and BHBR and find they are all very different. Cyclone seemed the stiffest and generated the least spin for me. CT managed incredible kick serves, but was so soft, it was difficult to keep the ball in play. BHBR in a hybrid has been my go to set up for quite a while. I tried it with BHB as a cross, and I think you're right, too muted and mushy. You might try Isospeed BL Spin, Weiss Cannon SS or SPPP as a cross. Each is different, but I had good results with them. Makes BHBR more solid.
