Daily 2.5 minute challenge for you FF's

Congrats to those who got into killer off-season shape under my superior inspiration.
I recently out-gassed several 20-somethings after hitting for almost 3 hours, and I was ready to keep going.

Due to playing tennis 5x a week, it's time to downshift the fitness
Now that it's time for maintenance fitness

Here is the new routine.

  1. 1 minute plank
  2. 30 (jump) squats.
  3. 30 pushups.
