Damaged Yonex Ezone Xi Rally

Bought a Yonex Ezone Xi Rally for my wife last November. She is a 2.5-3.0 player. Since owning this racquet, she has played only once a week with it for about 1 - 1.5 hrs per session. She has taken excellent care of this racquet as well. This weekend, I noticed some paint had chipped off the racquet in the throat area. Upon closer inspection, it was a crack. I plan on sending it in to TW to have them review and forward to Yonex for a warranty claim. Can someone look at a couple photos and let me know if I am on the right track, or if it is actually just a cosmetic paint crack. Looks like a frame crack to me, but would like opinions of experienced eyes. Thanks in advance for any and all opinions offered.

Thanks OnyxZ28. I think it is too. Scratching my head as to how this kind of crack can happen. 3.0 player at best, doesn't hit ball very hard, takes excellent care of racquet on and off court. Racquet less than one year old. Just doesn't add up.

Maybe something fell on the racquet in the garage or closet...who knows.
