why this guy is so much underrated?? its such a player, very top one handed backhand , strongs serves and fore, very good court coverage, netplay.... anyway, anybody knows some about his gears? i presume its some iteration of ezone but which?? could be ezone 98 ? DR? with lots of lead at 3 and 9 ....but how much exactly ?? and about his strings setup ?

Thanks i really Hope so... I Like altmaier's game so bad , Just cant get why the Guy is sooo underrated in the business/ medias...

Yonex with leather and...anyone knows?

Some time in 2025 he removed the lead on 3&9 and took some to 12. Have Not checked latest pictures if the 3&9 lead is back. He seems to be using the 2022 ezone with 2025 PJ.

As a german and OHBH user myself I want Him to be good, but i dont think he is underrated. Has a good run here and then, but when taking out aggressivness just a bit, he gets quickly exposed be the inconsistent depth of his extreme grip groundstrokes.
