You say potato. Is it burned or burnt? I'm never quite sure, or maybe they're used interchangeably.
Edit - Just did a quick search, apparently they are both acceptable past tense forms of the ver burn, but where you're from says more about which word you use. In Great Britain they tend to use burnt more often than burned, and here in the States, we tend to use burned more often.
I say toe-mate-o, thanks to my ma, the greatest ever fan of a beefsteak BLT!You say potato.

I have lots of family in Austin. None of them have guns or horses. For starters I take offense to the word chode being used to describe the State that I was born an raised in. While I do not get along with all Texans, and I'm certainly not some gun toting, ultra conservative, horse riding stereotypical Texas, I really feel like that is over line.
Secondly, I hate to see what servers bring you in restaurants when you order "red sauce."

We refer to the Big Bend area where the main peninsula of Florida connects with the Panhandle as the Armpit of the state.I lived in New Jersey (the armpit of Amerika) and Texas (the chode of Amerika) when I was a littln. I used to say tomayto. Now I say red sauce

I actually liked New Jersey when I was a neighbor across the Hudson. When you get away from their minibelt of industrial sprawl along the NJ Turnpike, much of the state deserves being called The Garden State.
As for Texas, nothing is small about it so "chode" doesn't apply, even if it's overpopulated with knuckledraggers with deficient blood supply to their heads. A lot of good souls there to make up for that set though.
It was merely an attempt at a geographically based pun.. As in chode is the nether regions. N.J.is the the armpit (stage left) I do apologise if I have caused offence. We refer to the Big Bend area where the main peninsula of Florida connects with the Panhandle as the Armpit of the state.

He probably has got a gun or two
Are you Charlie Sheen or Emilio Estevez???It was merely an attempt at a geographically based pun.. As in chode is the nether regions. N.J.is the the armpit (stage left) I do apologise if I have caused offence.I have spent time in both of these states and have many fond memories, my cultural humour has been somewhat skewed. I can only blame it on my upbringing to a "Chicano" father and "Catholic Irish" mother

Funny thing is when you watch her interviews (or at least when I do) it's amazing how much sense she talks about the most important topics affecting our world today. There's an interview with her from last year with a Quebec TV channel (around 32 minutes long and subtitled) and I defy anyone not to understand exactly where she's coming from in her views. I'm not saying I agree with her on everything by any means (especially her stance on Putin and Russian sanctions) but the way things are going with so much terrorism everywhere we turn (which as we know has affected France more than any other Western country in recent times) I think a strong, fearless woman like her could be just what her country needs to get back on its feet. And truth be told, probably the rest of Europe as well. Why? What did poor old Maid Marion do?
Now THERE'S someone worth striking a match against!![]()
Yes, what the world needs now is more divisive leaders and hate mongers. Here's my ideal strong fearless French woman and she would be persecuted in modern days by Marine's own father for being born a Jewess:Funny thing is when you watch her interviews (or at least when I do) it's amazing how much sense she talks about the most important topics affecting our world today. nightmare week-end goes on for marcos and cyprus... losing the double match (and the tie) 7-5 in the 5th after serving for the match at 5-4oh no...... marcos
DC streak over against a #700+ guy
this sucks big time, probably should have waited a bit more before playing again after his injury break......![]()
do you guys know of any lIVE stream for today ?
G.O.A.T hairI wish they'd show more of Herbert on screen <3
greatness of nico mahut shines thruNicely done by team France - first into the semis!
Very deep team when you have both Ricky and Jo on the sidelines and then don't even have to use Simon bcoz Chardy steps up.France too strong there.
need to bring their best team to win
Eek....a 0-3 whitewash for Team GB. Their worst defeat in a DC tie for several years!
It highlights the tremendous strength in depth of Team France with so many good players to call on. They seem to have a steely determination about them this year not to lose. Apparently it weighs heavily on them that they haven't won this competition since 2001 and it never looked like they were going to give it away to GB again on home soil, especially with Murray not playing.
Be interesting to see if they can go all the way this year and end their DC drought!!
France might have won this but did you hear the news Judy Murray called lendl fat, 3 and a half years ago.
They won 1R so they don't have to play in for '18.No more DC for GB for the rest of the year? As in no Playoffs?
Shock!!
About as shocking as Barry Manilow's recent "anouncement"
The greed of itHe probably waited because he is bi and he wanted the girls too.
