I stil can't believe davydenko is still playing on the outside courts

It's a huge improvement this year. He has been on show Court 2 for rd 1 and 2 and not Margaret Court for rd 3.
In previous years, he plays in obsure courts like 13, 14, 18 etc and that was when he was ranked no3 and no4!!!

Hard to judge if he is a good player in this match due to the scoreline but how is he normally?

I really hate to say this, but I am somewhat suspicious of Davydenko's apparent improvement in serve. He isn't a tall guy, he's never served particularly great throughout his career, not even in his prime. Now all of the sudden, he is serving very well, as he's getting older? It doesn't add up.
