Delpo won because Fed wasn't so consistent anymore in 2009. 2008 or 2007 Fed would probably have it in 4 sets because he wouldn't have let the set and a break go to waste and the match would have started by Fed being up 2 sets. I think 2011 USO final Novak would do about the same. Win first two sets and then lose 3rd and then win the 4th.

First of all if you think Djokovic is a pusher you obviously haven't watched him play. Secondly just because Federer was "old" at the time doesn't mean he can't still produce the type of tennis he showed in his prime-it just means he can't produce it as often.

Federe had two match points, Djokovic closed his eyes on a service return that went in, even surprising himself. Djokovic was lucky to win that match in 2011.
