Del Potro struggling

What a humbling emabarrasing match against Dodoo Sela. If you can barely beat a lame opponent like Sela how can you expect to perform against the top 5?

Tough to see Del Potro struggling so hard.

How long will it take Del Potro to find his form?

In his own words, 4-6 months.

Which I why I say wait to see how his results after Wimbledon. It'll be a long road back to where he was, but I think he'll get there. Asking him to compete against the Top 5 right now is being silly IMO.

agreed on those who hope he finds his form, because its scary good.

He'll get past Sela

he's just had a whole year off

what do you expect?

honestly.

one full year from competing.

Sela played some stellar tennis against Roddick in some masters last year, (IW, Miami? Toronto? Who knows?) I ain't lookin it up but i also know Sela is no joke.

But be afraid haters, DelPo's beast form should be back in action by US Open i predict.

hell get to the playoffs and then lose to rex ryan and the jets, throwing his first interception in god knows how long and getting plastered at home. BY THE JETS. WTF.

I think it was an interesting match. Sure DelPo had a rough go of things and hit a lot of unforced errors (I mean seriously, yikes). But it's gonna take time and match play.

There were time in that match where there were flashes of 09 DelPo and I think that's more important. It means everything is still there. That step up and crush the ball 120mph into the corner with the inside out forehand of doom is still there!

I think it will be an interesting and building year for him. I hope he stays well and comes back strong. He's my WC pick to win the USO in my fantasy tennis league.

If he stays fit he'll get back to the top 10. He just lost a year. It's great for him that he won his match, and he won in straights, so..
Think he did very well actually.

Lets not even bring this up...all I know is if the Jets win the super bowl I will never watch football again. IDC if its the Steelers, Bears or Packers someone better beat them.

What's humbling or embarrassing about a tough straight setter against a tough opponent? You think Delpo is magically going to return to his us open form after not playing for around a year? And show some respect to Dudi please, he's a good player and played well. If anyone should deserve to be called lame its you for creating this silly post.
