Del Potro winning Wimbledon would be the best for tennis

More so than Murray or Djokovic winning, if Del Potro can win Wimbledon and reassert himself as a threat to win the US Open and crashing the top 5; I think the longtime benefits to the game would trump either Murray or Djokovic winning. Imagine if the top 4 were Djokovic, Nadal, Murray and Del Potro. How exciting would that be? Get Ferrer out of there and Fed being at Number 5 would still be interesting.

No thank you. Djokovic winning Wimbledon would be best for tennis.

To be honest, any of the remaining players winning would be good for Tennis.

Djokovic has earned his time in the sun, convincingly holding #1 status all year, and getting through Haas, Berdych, Delpo and likely Murray (if he makes the final).

Murray & Delpo would be good as it would firm up the competition.

Jerzy would be good as we need a young guy to challenge at the slams.

Verdasco or Kubot would be good as it would be a bit of a crazy result, just to show that anything can happen.

I think either Murray or Del Potro winning would be great for tennis. Unfortunately the way he looks nobody is stopping Djokovic.

If Del Potro wins Wimbledon he'll move to 6th, 5 points behind old man Fed (but Del Potro has more points to lose from the Olympics)

Ferrer is guaranteed 3rd place.

I doubt Delpo will win W. Even if by some miracle he managed to pass Djoko, he won't beat Murray in the final.

Oh come on, get a grip, all 3 guys are too young to retire and they're all fantastic players. If there was no talent left, nobody would care about tennis anymore.

We're writing in the English language and many of us are using their institutions. And it's their tourney. So I gotta have some modicum of sympathy for the shrunken English empire. Plus, they are pretty good on beer. So C'mon Andy!

Del Potro, the way he is at the moment with that leg is the last person I want to see in the finals. Can you imagine him going out half way through the match when the pain killers wear out. What sort of a final would it be. He is going to have a hard match against Djoko so if he does get through it will show in his injuries
