Delayed pain from tennis elbow

I got some tennis elbow playing Friday+Saturday and haven't played since and the pain went away as soon as I quit playing. But today I wake up and I have pain in the inside of my elbow which is a different pain and in not quite the same location.

Is tennis elbow known to have a delayed reaction like this?

Anyone know what the story is? I've searched to no avail.

Sounds like you have Golfer's elbow. I'm really sorry to hear that.

Good luck.

The K90 is pretty heavy, it wouldn't cause TE problems, I'm figuring out if I have TE. I feel weird pain, not sever, just mild when I lift heavy weights, and this one is weird: when I bow my violin, when it goes side to side, my elbow, or part of my forearm has a weird sensation. NOT GOOD. Then, it really felt weird when I tried hitting with an obsolete deformed wooden racquet, the shock made the sensation worse everytime, when I stopped, it was fine again, with the occasional sensation. I can feel it a little in my elbow when typing and my arm and elbow are down and a little is in the forearm....trying not to get Golfer's or TE, HELP.

you said you got mild pain when u lift heavy weights, and u still say heavy K90 won't cause TE?

the K90 is heavy. When u are tired, swing it, and late hit due to bad timing when tired, it will cause TE, esp. frameshots.

Took off 10 days and things seem to be better. Didn't wanna risk a setback so I decided to use my RD-Ti80 and even though it's strung with full poly sppp 1.23 @62/60, almost all went well. Serving still had pain a bit. And the racquet has a leather grip on it which didn't help. Gonna replace with a Gamma HiTech.

This was actually my 2nd day back, yesterday tried the [k]Tour 90 and it gave me pain very quickly. Went back to the Ti80 and haven't tried anything else since(my 001 is outta the question).

Gonna wait until the weekend to try either the 001 or the [k]Tour90 again.

Sounds a little like carpel tunnel. It seemed like I was getting that(my ring finger and pinky would go numb for hours+hours) until I hit the courts again. After tennis, no sign of carpel tunnel.

Of course, everyone is different.

Lol. Weights + racquets are totally different in a way. The heavy ones are better because THEY TAKE MOST OF THE SHOCK FROM THE BALL AND ABSORB IT! Anyways, its not a numb feeling, it's like something snapped (not severe, again) in my arm. Like if it was a rubber band, it snapped. Iunno trying to rest my arm. BTW, I don't think it's carpal tunnel, because there are no sensations in my fingers. No sharp pain.

Well took 2.5 weeks off and at the beginning took a couple anti inflamatories and iced my elbow. Did some excercises here and there but mainly rested...and dreamt about my return.
Which was last night and it was great. Changed my string in my 001 from Cyberflash to Weisscannon Silverstring 1.2 and didn't have any pain during hitting despite playing/hitting for 3 hours. I did ice my elbow afterward because it was sore, though not painful like before.

thanks for everyone's tips!
