Design the most interesting round of 16

The purpose of this is not to create the entire draw but just the round of 16 to have the most entertaining matches. So essentially, facing off players who have the most interesting matchup


Rules are:

1) Top 8 players can't play each other
2) You can substitute 3 players from the current top 16 with players from outside the top 16.
