Diadem Elevate

I have been playing with the Diadem Elevate for a few months and I don't know what it is about it but I really like playing with it.

But my question is...is it a mold of another racquet but with a different string pattern?

Reminds me of the old school donnay racket. Before they did the really thin beams. I think Agassi use to play with it.

Glad to hear you are enjoying the racket!

It is a custom mold, we designed and produced it, if you squint or close one eye and look real close I'm sure it resembles certain rackets, but most all do.

Thanks for supporting Diadem. Be on the look our for our new Diadem Premier ball later this year!

I've been eyeing this racquet. Would this be comparable to the old Head Pro Tour 280/pt57a with a slightly more open string pattern? I'm looking for a racquet with good ball pocketing. I was thinking this racquet with a little lead tape added at 3 & 9 would be perfect.

Edit: Sorry to resurrect this thread, I thought it was from this year.

Its a very nice feeling frame. Even with full poly. Mine are leaded up to 344g. Im actually going to part ways with them because i just really prefer 18 x 20 string pattern. 16g shaped poly helped some. I have two in good shape.

@chazz It feels pretty different to the pt 280. The head is big for a 98 and the 16x20 feels more open than others. It is close to a radical except it has a box beam hoop and a rounded throat whereas the radical is the opposite.
