Diadem Nova 100 V1 - Is there foam in the handle?

Hey guys,

I got a Diadem Nova 100 V1 without the FS tech.

I opened the trap door and there is no foam, just some silicone on one side. I thought the V1 had the foam handle?

Can anyone confirm?

The hoop and throat are foam filled on the Nova v1. Idk about the v2/FS version. All the Elevates are completely foam filled, if that's what you're looking for.

That's what I thought. I opened the trap door and it was hollow. I dropped diadem an email who said the handle is meant to be foam on the v1, although they posted on this forum back in 2018 saying it was just the hoop and throat.

Gotcha. I wouldn't put too much on it, since a foam-filled tweener-ish frame of any kind is rare. Everything I've heard about the Nova's has been positive, it's one of the most well rounded tweeners out there with better control, feel, and comfort than the competition. Good power too, but less than a PD/EZ100/Ultra/FX500, closer to a G360+ Speed MP. If that's what you're looking for, you'll really enjoy this one.
