Diadem Nova vs Ezone 100

Has anyone hit both the Ezone 100 (2022) and Diadem Nova (either V2 or V3)?
What are the differences in terms of comfort, power, control, forgiveness?
Ezone 100 has been good to me so far, but grommets are busted, taking lots of damage around the frame and can get a Nova a lot cheaper than a new Ezone.

I use an Ezone 98, but demoed both the Ezone 100 and Nova. That being said, I personally liked the nova more then the Ezone 100 in this match up.
New grommets not an option?

If you do end up buying a Nova, one tip that i experienced was when I demoed the Nova, they will sell you the demo for 175 bucks if i recall correctly and the demos I had were new or barely used. But that was just my personal experience.

Nova was just much easier to control then the Ezone. Felt like my normal swing path I would just launch everything back fence. Nova played like a more controlled tweener. Comfort was better on Nova too, even though higher RA, the feel and comfort of the foam filling was nicer to me.

V2 was not much different then V3 from my experience so if you can get a better deal and that is your priority, I say V2 then. I also kind of preferred the PJ of the V2. V3 is a little all over the place with it's PJ.

Grommets are easy enough to replace but hard to find. I'm more worried about the frame and the beating it has taken. I play a lot of doubles so lots of digging at low balls. I think the integrity of the frame is no longer good. I am considering just getting a new one but thought maybe I should shop around first. I've seen brand new Nova v2 at $130 so half the price of an ezone.

That stiffness rating does worry me. Ezone has been comfortable to me.

Diadems Demo program is pretty solid. I would give it a try if you really interested. For me, i found it played similar enough to my Ezone98 that I didn't want to switch. Solid contender if you wanted a different brand.

Just found this thread so perhaps too late to reply now. Anyway, I have two Ezone 100:s and bought both with nearly identical specs. Really love the racquet for my level.

I owned the Nova 100 FS (V2) and initially liked it. In the end; I though the string pattern was too open as I use multifilament strings due to a history of tennis elbow.

The Nova 100 has a thinner beam which was different to the ultra stable feel of the Ezone 100.

For my game, I prefer the Ezone 100 and other similar frames (Ultra 100, Pure Drive). To me, the nova plays like a compromise between the Ezone 100 and a Pure Strike 100. Could be great for some players for sure.

While i haven’t tried the Nova, i have used the Stiga Supreme for some time. I think they are both in what i would call the lower-powered tweener category. I have earlier also placed the Supreme in between the Strike 100 and the Pure Drive. Over all the PD like playability, but with more of the low power confidence from the strike 100. Other rackets in this category is the Prince Warrior/Beast 100 and Twistpower 100. I believe the Pure Drive original from 1994 is as well.

The Nova with the foam inside and 4 grams added at 9 and 3 has been great for me these past 3 years. In August I only played 6 times and only used the Nova. The control with it is much better at a higher tension than my usual 21-22. I aimed for 24 mains 23 crosses, setting the drop weight at 26 and 25 respectively, so by the day I first hit it, it will have settled a bit lower.
Yes, as minutes of consecutive groundstroke hitting pack-up and the stringbed tension starts to drop, the linear control gets worse faster than a few other rackets do, I need to implement more top-spin.
Thing is, the added Power the 24.5mm offers + the whippiness of the frame that doesn't feel sluggish, ever, says to me: hit the ball a bit later than you do with the Elevate, less in front - more closer to the side of your body, input some top-spin, take a fast swing at 45 degrees regardless the hitting zone and I'll drop the ball very deep, near the baseline and I'll kick it up more than with the Elevate.
Two of my hitting partners have noticed what I felt: I hit a heavier ball with it, with less effort, more margin over the net.
If you give it time to gel with it on the approach game and the low-backhand slices, I don't see any major weakness about this great frame by Diadem.
