I've been looking into getting one of these shoes, but don't know which to get. I have been struggling with knee pain and have seen that these could both help. I don't know what size to get though. I wear a size 11US and have narrow and flat feet. I've seen that I should go up half a size, down half a size, and keep my normal size. I need help. What do I do?

ive got some patellar tearing so i was looking for knee help as well and went for the same diadoras. the blueshield torneo felt half size too small. didnt think it was much of an improvement over the kswiss ultrashot 3’s.m i currently use. the blueshield fly i just received and were a full size too small. just reordered. didnt play in them but felt really padded in the forefoot and heel. its a booty design so you have to like that style too. not sure how stable they are yet either…cant seem to find many all around shoes that have lots of support

actually what is really nice is the lotto raptor you should check those out. my feet just didnt jive with lottos sizing but those are crazy comfortable. that would have been my pick

If you have narrow feet, the b.icon would serve you way better.

Raptors are wide.

Other narrow maximalist offerings would include the Yonex eclipsion, nike gp turbo, adidas cybersonic, and the previous generation of the propulse fury.

I believe finding discounted basketball shoes which are low tops would be a better and cheaper alternative to all of that. Nike and jordan basketball shoes lack durability though so try to stick with the 3 stripes or one of the many chinese brands.

You can also size up by 1.5 sized with any women's model which you are comfortable with the colorway it comes in. This will match the length but will be of a narrower width.
