Did Alcaraz beat Nadal in their practice match/set?

At Indian Wells (2022) it seems like they might've played a practice set/match and the final point is won by Alcaraz.
I know it is not that important, but obviously nobody (especially not Nadal) wants to be beat ever, even if it's a practice set/match.

Was anyone there who can say if they did in fact play a set/match or were they just practicing serving and point play and the time just expired?

They are both looking solid... I'm so excited to watch them this week!

By the way, the creator of this video had no idea what was the score during the practice set. He admitted it in the YouTube comment section.

It's like that scrimmage with the USA dream team in 1992. The greatest match that nobody has ever seen. At least we do have some footage here.
