Diego Schwartzman's racquet specs? Anyone?

Astennix

Saw him play Goffin yesterday in Miami and was wondering if any body knows his racquet specs? He seems to be playing Luxilon Alu Power.

Thanks!

Can any experts here identify what stick this is?

so a Youtek IG Radical MP (18x20) ? Was that the last Radical before Graphene ?
Yes, indeed. Diego Schwartzman, from the looks of it however uses XL (longer than 27").
It is still available brand new in some shops and not for much money.

All 4 offerings from the Youtek IG Radicals (Pro, MP, Oversize and S) were regular lengths in retail stores. You would have to either purchase a prostock, or customize to extend the length for a retail one yourself. You can't buy XL Youtek IG Radical MP at retail shops.

Yes, indeed. The Graphene was also introduced as Youtek Graphene but feel was completely different.

That is correct: he uses the extended version. I was talking about the regular version. Extended version is for people that need an extended version, which the person asking might or might not be.

He was talking about extended Radical MP.

Yes, but what matters is whether the person that is asking needs normal racquet or an extended racquet. If the former he is good to go, if he so wishes, if he needs something else, he will have to look elsewhere. Most people don't need extended racquets.

Your point is correct.

This thread - as per the first post - is clearly about Schwartzman's racquet specs, and contains four posts referencing extended length before Tennis Hands' post; it doesn't however, contain any references - other than one by Rabbit musing about trying an XL - by anybody re desire to purchase Schwartzman's racquet or racquet model. If it did, the fact that this is a zombie thread which died two years ago, would suggest that such references would, in any case, be rendered obsolete.
