Differences between the Graphene 360+, Auxetic 1.0 and Auxetic 2.0 Extreme Tour/Pros

Hi everyone,

With the holiday sale going on, I'm curious on what the differences are if any between the most recent Extreme Tour/Pro models. I have one of the Extreme Tour Nite Editions (360+) and have been on a bit of a racquet journey (going from the Dunlop CX200 to the ISO305, Noir PS97 with leather, to the RF01 and now curious about the new 2.0 Extreme Pro).

Any thoughts are awesome.

Big fan of the feel and playability of the ET360+ except it would give me a bit of elbow pain after a few days straight. No such issues with the EP, but at the cost of a slightly more muted and springier stringbed. The CX200 feels/plays similarly to me, and I would say slots right in between the two. Skipped the Aux 1.0 so can't make any comparisons from personal experience there.

I'm intrigued by your comparison to CX200. I have CX200 2021 version and I like it. Since many youtubers love the EP, I'm wondering if I should buy to try but seems such an impulse.

If you say EP feels and play the same as CX200, I can skip it in fact.

My comparison is to the 2024 CX200, just to be clear.

Hello friend! Extreme tour nite, is it as lacking in power as I see in the forums? I have the opportunity to buy it, but I'm undecided... And which strings look better there?

I have an Extreme Tour Nite, and it's flexier and softer than the grey yellow one, and it is lacking in power. It needs a lot of added weight to play well

Curious if the new Extreme Pro has more power, but it seems that youtubers who play with it on a high level all added similar amount of weight to it

This guy switched from the RF97 to the Extreme Pro and says that the Extreme Pro offers more power and spin. If he says it has tons of power on tap... then I think we can all take that to the bank.

He also added 15g of lead to the hoop. Just by watching his video I really don't think that his balls with EP fly as fast as they did with RF97, but watching a yt video really isn't an ideal way to judge that

Comparing v14 and my Extreme Tour Nite, both at 328sw, Pro Staff clearly gives more power, it's not that close even. That's in full power hitting, comparable to what you see in the vid above

But that's not surprising at all, Pro Staffs have always been stiff and generous with power, and Head 95-98s have always been underpowered and flexy

My friend plays with Extreme Pro, unstrung 69RA. I tried to play with that racket a couple of times, although the factory grip is too small for me, so it would seriously spoil the experience. EP vs. ET Aux. it has a much firmer and more stable feel. To me this racket has a pro stock feel, I played with ET Aux for a while and the Extreme Pro definitely has more power and a better/harder feel, after all it has a 69 RA unstrung. I think EP is a good direction for those who want a more user friendly PS97 v14.

Who measured its RA? In the TW data new Extreme Pro has a strung RA of 64

I think v1 and v2 both had similar RA, only v1 Nite might be flexier, around 62, but that's just my guess

He took matched service with TWE. They sent him the following specifications, I didn't believe him at first either, but obviously there are all kinds of discrepancies in the specifications, so obviously everyone's impressions vary. I took the Boom Pro 2024 this spring, they are also 69RA unstrung.

It's bizarre that TW USA doesn't offer the RA number anymore. I recently used the service for Extreme Pros and got no RA...just weight, balance and swing weight.

Did you ask them if they could figure it out for you? My guess is that they could easily figure it out. I'm sure they have a machine that measures it.
