Differences between the PS 95S & 6.1 95S?

Besides the string pattern, and weight, what's the difference between the two rackets? How well do they both play?

The string pattern difference is HUGE. I suppose the PS one gives a lot more spin potential and sells a lot more strings. LOL

Here's how TW reviewed them:

Wilson Pro Staff 95S Racquet Scores
Power 74
Comfort 82
Touch/Feel 84
Serves 79
Groundstrokes 80
Returns 82
Slice 83
Topspin 85
Volleys 87
Overall 82

Wilson Six.One 95S Scores
Power 82
Comfort 80
Touch/Feel 83
Serves 82
Groundstrokes 86
Returns 83
Slice 86
Topspin 89
Volleys 85
Overall 84

I took the liberty of figuring out the true overall via adding up and averaging each category. I'd definitely take the 6.1 despite the other having the 18mm boxy beam.

Main difference I found in the two was the six one 95s was noticeably stiffer. The pro staff 95s has more feel and slightly less power, but on serve I have not lost my service once in 12 sets of doubles with the pro staff, I'm slicing some killer angles, . I'm going to experiment with lead to see if it's even deadlier! Both good frames though.

Agree with ed70 regarding 6.1 having stiffer feeling and more pop than PS. The difference for me is serving with PS is more difficult for accessing pace. I have modified the PS with lead tape and new string setup which has improved performance though.

I find the PS 95 to perform at its best in a polarized setup, and I assume the same applies for the PS 95S. I personally added a leather grip and 8g total at 3/9, then lead at 12 and the buttcap until the racquet had a SW around 355, weighed roughly 368g and with a 6 pts HL balance. Amazing racquet!
By the way, the amount of lead I had to add at 12 and the buttcap was drastically different for my two racquets. One needed 15g at 12 and 0g at the buttcap whereas my other racquet needed 10g at 12 and 6g at the buttcap. Quality checks at their finest

I've not experimented with lead much, I was thinking my 95s frame appears to need lead at 12 as seems too headlight in this area, May try 2grams at first and see how that goes.
