Differences in captaining between ALTA and USTA

I know there are quite a few people from ATL on these boards, so I figured I'd ask the question. I've got a fair amount of experience in ALTA but will be playing USTA league for the first time. A bunch of us that play ATLA and socially together all decided to form a USTA team, none of us have USTA experience. I'll be captaining and I'm curious if the general experience and captain's duties are the same. Any thoughts?

For USTA you don't have to worry as much about who plays where. USTA teams will sandbag a TON and will become well-known for it.

There's more consideration in ALTA as to who can play where, not so in USTA (unless they changed rules recently).

Egos and all the other BS is the same...

No anti-sandbagging lineup rules like ALTA. You can put your guys anywhere, any week. No "gifting" of balls by the loser, like stupid ALTA rules, which I believe C19 killed. only need 3 of 5 lines to win a team match. Less need to max-out points/lines like ALTA.
