The semi western grip is defined to be where the base knuckle of the index finger is on bevel 4. But some players like Berdych has that knuckle on bevel 4 closer to bevel 3 and others like Djokovic has that knuckle closer to bevel 5. This results in very different grips. What are the respective grips called?

Don't know that there are any absolute names. I believe that a standard Western grip might be referred to as a 5 grip whereas a standard SW grip is a 4 grip (and standard Eastern is a 3 grip). Now I'm only referring to the position of the base index knuckle here. Definitions might be a bit muddier if the heel pad is on a different bevel than the base index knuckle. The sources below indicates how "Western" various grips are. A standard SW might be considered 1/2 Western...
