I've noticed that some Swedish retailers list slightly different specs for some Wilson sticks than TW does. For instance, one Swedish internet retailer list the Tour 90s weight at 340g and the Tour 95 at 280. That's significantly lighter than the TW specs.

Also I own two PS 85s, one bought at TW and one bought here in Sweden in the mid 90s. The TW weights 357 and the other one below 350 and it's more head heavy. (I don't remeber exactly the weight of the Swedish bought PS 85 -- it's currently at my pro shop for a tune up!)

So what's the deal with all this? Anyone knows?

Your ProStaff 85s are within 2 percent of each other in weight; I suspect this is considered an acceptable manufacturing tolerance for such an object.
