Hi All
I have a question about the mechanics of dropping the racket into the slot position when executing a 1hbh.

So after the shoulder turn do you actually drop your whole arm into the slot position , or do you just rotate the wrist of your hitting hand to make to get it there ? Or maybe the combination of the two?

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

That is how I dealt with everyone on here until they mouthed off. You are one of those people. You are quitting even trying to hit a simple stroke. Why, because you don’t understand its simplicity. Speaking of egos, you can’t handle that someone knows what you want to know. When someone mouths off to me like you did, that makes me very happy!

relaxrelax w/ nice music on n enjoy the hitting, too much tensions causing injuries...........simply play more so the courts get hired n ppl see the courts being used properly...........not for those after dinner walk w/ or w/o dogs. otherwise the multi $mil land wasted n @sureshs-ly gonna be pickled...........
