I don't know what it is, but that is one nice watch.
If I remember right, I thought he had something with Longines. It kinda looks like a different color of this one.
Its called an "Admiral" and is going for $1,500

But why are all those watches so extremely expensive ?
Sometimes it's the movement (in very rare instances though). Most of the time, the expense of the watch is due to it's brand name and marketing. There are a few watch companies out there that use high-grade caliber movements and make good time pieces that are about a 10th the cost of the major named ones and just as good. You have too really look and choose correctly, but they do exist.
Not only the name/marketing, but the materials. Absurd quality leather, white gold, diamonds...
