Never tried Barilla, but package pasta is a goon.
Chances are you already own:
a bowl
an egg
some flour (1/2 cup)
salt.
For one person:
Mix flour and egg with a little salt. Work it into a ball.
Leave it alone for 1/2 hour.
Find an empty beer bottle. Or other roller.
Roll it into a sheet of desired thickness. Sprinkle flour as needed. (Try not to wear black. Or get an apron.) Cut your sheet into desired strips.
Let the strips dry a bit so they don't stick to each other, then drop into boiling water.

That's true, the only reason people started supporting Nadal in the first place was because he was the only player who could do some damage to Federer who was hated by them.
