Djoker - injury free

It's amazing all the stuff he does on court but does not have a meaningful injury for the last few years.
I always think, what would happen with one ankle twist and tear? Can he come back strong or is it all over.
Right now it's a matter of time he becomes a goat barring injuries.
So the question is,
What is the secret of his injury free body?
Or not having any injuries is infact the secret of his success?

Well people talk about his previous hobby skiing, and I do think doing mlre than one sport helps.

With that said, I think a lot of it is genetics. Yes he certainly trains to be flexible and there's a lot of body conditioning and hatdenening you can do, but I think he's one of those that chose a particular sport and it happened to be the most suitable one for his body.

However, I don't think we'll see him sliding as he does on hard courts in 3 years.

from what ive heard hes had a very disciplined stretching routine starting as a little kid and the dividends are paying off.
he also has a very holistic diet that goes beyond what i hear other players like federer, nadal, and murray do,
he really leaves nothing to chance in the diet/fitness/conditioning department and has taken it to the next
level where i think lendl and navratilova (2 of the most disciplined players) left off.
you can tell hes in his prime and he knows it and hes going to try to take full advantage of it while he can.

the GxTopspinmatic470 informatics and tennis placement system he installed under his thymine-regulated endoskeleton. The wires on the racket connect to the Xbox, which decides where to place the ball and it controls the RPM of the shot. The Xbox contains mega-glucose, and travels through the wired enhanced veins to the legs and arms after playing long points. The box is on complete activation when he is facing a break point. The mega-glucose transfers through the body at max level, and the Xbox informatics software maximizes placement, RPM, and leg and arm speed with only a 0.000001% chance of racket error. But when it is too humid or hot outside, the Xbox overheats, and sometimes the informatics and placement system causes yelling, frustration, and racket smashes. When it is too windy, some of the wires on the racket, legs, and arms become undone and ******** loses control. This is what happens to the GxTopspinmatic470 informatics and tennis placement system at extreme wind levels.

Didn't he have back spasms in Miami? Stomach strain in Cincinnati? Mystery injury against Murray at AO 2015? Wrist injury in Monte Carlo in 2014? "Drunken Novak" against Del Potro at Shanghai? Plenty more injuries & mystery injuries if you go back further than that.

Are all of the injuries real? Does Novak have a low threshold for pain? Is injury exaggeration part of his gamesmanship? Does he have a super-human ability to recover quickly from injuries? Is it the yoga? Lack of gluten? Does he have access to a crack physio or medical staff that is able to counteract many of his injuries?
