As I much as I like Rafa, the new kids are going to make his time at no1 a living nightmare. Roger got lucky for a few years there dealing only with Nadal, these new kids are just plain crushing the ball.

1. king of clay
2. king of grass
3. king of hard.

there is no other player on the men's tour who

You're just hoping Joker has a better chance to oust Fed, that's all.

The way those guys were crushing the ball, I think either of them would have been a nightmare for Fed actually! I do think the young generation is catching up with Roger but my estimation (which was right by the way) was based on Novak's superior experience and confidence at this point, maybe even superior motivation as he has a lot of points to defend here.
