The generation of players born in the 90s is undoubtedly the worst of the open era.The age gap didn’t stop him from beating Tsitsipas, Zverev and Medvedev?
What do you say now?Nah. Djokovic being 38 is the reason. He gave it all he had.
Wimbledon is Djokovic's best chance for another major at this point, because it rewards aggressive and instinctive play.
That Djokovic is unlikely to win another major. What do you say now?

Fritz is a bumBump. Once again, Djokovic makes a slam SF beating a top 4 player along the way in routine fashion, then loses to Alcaraz this time. Without Sinner and Alcaraz, we’re looking at a 2-3 slam year for Djokovic.

Djokovic is FINNISH!That Djokovic is unlikely to win another major.
You call Federer a clown??Djokovic beat him at every wimbledon final.Cope harder my man. Novak threw the kitchen sink at Sinner. He would have beaten any other player today. Against a true ATG, he couldn’t even bag a set. This is there reality and it reveals quite a lot about the clown era where Novak just had to show up and collect his GS trophy against the likes of Mugrev, Mugtini, NK, Stef, Med and others mugs.
Goes to show the pathetic competition there was before Alcaraz and Sinner where Djokovic cleaned up so many easy slams. It's honestly hard to argue with this assessment. He takes Wimbledon no doubt, Roland Garros seems a no-brainer and he probably takes this US open too. I'm not gonna say he takes Australian open coz I think that was a very in-form Zverev who probably had his number had he not withdrew but the rest... yeah.
Injury was the only thing that stopped him from beating Zverev. I’d even say he might have beaten Zverev injured if Sinner wasn’t waiting in the final. Zverev looked helpless in their RG match towards the end. Novak would have been the massive favorite at all 4 slams. It's honestly hard to argue with this assessment. If, if, if, doesn't exist. If Sinner was banned and Alcaraz upset, wonder who does the CYGS ? 39 year Novak. That is the truth
Please learn to readYou call Federer a clown??Djokovic beat him at every wimbledon final.
And Djokovic is the exact same level at 38 xD
but which one is it more of. Interesting question because it would tell us if Alcaraz and Sinner are better than the big 3. All it would take is watching some footage but i just cannot do it.It's both.
No, Thiem would have blown the 38-year-old Federer away.Novak still the 3rd best player in the world.
But the same can be said of fed or nadal when healthy
38 yo Fed wins 2020 Australian open if he didn't face Novak in semis. It's the truth
There are a hunch of clowns born 1988-2000 who fed and nadal would beat when heathy. Key word when healthy even at advanced tennis ages
which is the scary part. Could this mean that Sinneraz are better than big 3, idk. Tbh it would be hard to imagine Nadal losing to these guys. Thats the guy i think of. Could prime Nadal lose to Sinner or Alcaraz. I imagine no. So that must mean Djokovic was also better, unless Nadal had a higher peak which I don't believe is true. 2011 was the best tennis ever played by a man.Djoko would’ve won at least 2 slams this year without Sinneraz.
He has declined, but he is still better than the non-Sincaraz players.
Age is an excuse @RF-18 et. al.
the thing is by 38 the body is greatly depreciated. Perhaps less so for athletes, but I would imagine its pretty bad. Lets see if either of sincaraz can even get 20 slams. Our friends from the Djokovic fanbase got trolled by their own logic.
They constantly argue in bad faith (or maybe sheer ignorance) on Fed being the second best grass courter and even second best hard courter post 2013 who failed to beat Novak but was beating everyone else they say .... however they never ask why an old geezer like Federer was second best post 2013 when 90s gen were supposed to take over. What were oldies like Fed, Nadal, Kevin Anderson, Cilic etc doing in the SF+ stages of wimbledon post 2017 when it should have been the new 90s generation to rule Tennis.
So today Novak truly is the 3rd best in the world firmly behind 2 players but ahead of everyone else.

38 years manWhy should we accept that there is severe decline in 30s when other fanbases never accepted it for Federer ?
38 years man
what are you talking about? I've usually said Fed was the most talented. So I'm making the same argument here. Except I don't know if Sincaraz are actually worse than Djokovic. I'm starting to suspect that they are better when you go age by age. But prime Djokovic still way better than prime Fed. The thing is if Fed was younger he woulda probably broken through prime Djokovic. Funny the way life works. Almost cruel to those who get the short end of the stick. While I'm talking about tennis this happens in almost everything. And? It was said that Federer would win slams if not for Nadal and Djokovic. NOTHING was conceded by age--nothing. It's the exact same thing now.
You didn't watch it closely enough!Djokovic can have as many 1st round losses as he wants in smaller tournaments, but he still brings his best level in the majors. The USO 2024 was the exception. His humiliation of Zverev, far more straightforward than either of their 2021 matches, as well as his level in the SF - 3h 16m for a straight sets match, show just how good he still is. Why did he stop winning? Sinner and Alcaraz. Alcaraz stopped him at Wimbledon, and now Sinner is stopping him everywhere else. They’re simply at a completely different level as slam SF-F opponents compared to Paul, Karatsev, RBA, Norrie, Shapovalov, Anderson, Kyrgios and Berrettini.

the best way to know is to watch the footage. Im watching some prime Nadal/Djokovic highlights and they seemed to have been better. While Sincaraz are playing better at a younger age they did have the priveledgee of playing aging big 3. They may not peak to be the best, but they have no reason not to. We may see tennis jump to new heights. Not talking about you (i don't think i've ever seen a post of yours though i'm just not remembering given how many you have) but others. There was NO concession about age. it was:
--Beating everyone else, but losing to two players means he's just as good but not better than two players.
--Hold statistics, DR, etc., still looking good in 2015 and 2017, 2018, 2019 so no concession given AT ALL to ANY decline. Many said 2015 and 2017 was his peak.
--He had extra time to practice and gained even more experience!
Nah. These clowns (1988-2000 born ) were choking in slam finals even with 2-0 sets less on nadal and Novak. No, Thiem would have blown the 38-year-old Federer away.

Infact it is an advantage. More age means more experience.Age is an excuse @RF-18 et. al.
Are you referring to Fritz? Lol. Again, Lol. That dude does not belong in the top 20, much less the top 5.Bump. You didn't see Thiem's level in that tournament apparently.Nah. These clowns (1988-2000 born ) were choking in slam finals even with 2-0 sets less on nadal and Novak.
And? He still lost. All the next gen 1988-2000 failed to challenge the big 3You didn't see Thiem's level in that tournament apparently.

I've seen enough sincaraz are the best
But he was 3/4 years younger when beating Tsitsipas in 21 RG and 23 aussie open and even in 2023 he was way much better player than he is now.The age gap didn’t stop him from beating Tsitsipas, Zverev and Medvedev?
Well he’s still beating them now at 37/38. He beat Tsitsipas in straight sets in the Olympics last year. He beat Zverev injured a routine 4 setter at the French this year. He’s actually beating them more routinely now than when he was 34, and you’re implying he’s faced exponential decline? But he was 3/4 years younger when beating Tsitsipas in 21 RG and 23 aussie open and even in 2023 he was way much better player than he is now.
Some people seem to mistakenly believe that your physical and mental abilities decline at a linear rate, that is simply not the case.
For most sportsmen and woman there may be very little decline between say 29 and 31, fraction more say between 31 and 33 but once you get to about 35 or so then you can have huge fall over a 2 year period.
