Djokovic has aged incredibly well in terms of physical appearance

The hair plays a big part. Look at his father, neither of them will ever go bald. Ralph on the other hand is gonna end up like his dad. He was clearly losing his hair since his early twenties. Same for Roger. Genetics can be cruel. My dad and grandfather both still have a full head of hair, hence why I don't think I will ever get a badly receeding hairline. Then I have friends who started balding after high school, looking older than they actually are now. But once they decided to just shave it all off, they looked younger again.

If I was Ralph I'd rock the bald look and probably just let the beard grow out. He'd look much younger than he does now.

I think Djokovic with light stubble pulls off the more mature look really well. The Dubai presser this year was a top moment.

Not just appearances.
Can hardly spot clear sign of aging in his game.
He still continues to improve his forehand and serves.
Amazing.

I have said a few times that I feel Djokovic will be competing for slams until he is around 40, so at least another five years being a legit contender for big titles.

It's like pre open era. Ken Rosewall played until 46, 47 afaik. In early open era, like 1974?, ~40 year old Laver beat fresh french open champ Borg, I've heard.

Djokovic looks like he will be breaking a lot of numbers yet.

He takes great care of himself.
Going forward he'll continue to look amazing.
He might develop a bit of a belly though.

What causes that to develop? He didn't have that eye droop until just last year or two.

Meh, he has aged about as well as the average 34-year-old is expected to. Fast-forward another two decades and see if you're still singing the same tune.

If you want a better example of an ATP player aging gracefully look instead to/at Stich:

Had never understood what the ladies saw in him until I came across that pic. Stunning, really.

On the WTA side there's of course Gabby:

The (semi-)chandelier locks flatter or at least help conceal her square jawline, and that LBD was a killer. Dunno what she does with her skin (I'm guessing she's one of those naturals) but she's obviously taken good care of it (from her 2015 exo at MSG with Seles, presumably):

You're welcome.
You are spot on about these choices
