Djokovic in 3 today

Unless Djokovic has a very off day today (which I doubt), Djokovic wins today in 3.

Previous to their Roland Garros semi-final I said that I didn't see Carlos mentally prepared to defeat Djokovic in a Roland Garros semi-final.

Today I will say again that I don't see Carlos mentally prepared to defeat a player like Djokovic in a Wimbledon final.

Besides this "mentality aspect" there are plain tennis technical aspects that will make it very difficult for Alcaraz to defeat Djokovic on grass:

His serve will not be that effective against Nole's great return game.

Carlos backhand unforced errors compared to Djokovic rock solid backhand will be crucial.

Carlos will gift points in general, but especially important points, whereas Djokovic will not (and this is extremely important on grass).

Djokovic serve, especially on grass, is one of the best out there today.

I'd also add in the following:
- Djoker is a better spot server and his serve is more lethal than Alcaraz
- Alcaraz is in trouble if Djoker has him hitting running FHs as it's not that great a shot
- Djoker has a huge mental advantage especially with how the recent RG semi played out

“I don't see Carlos mentally prepared”

That’s the right conclusion but totally the wrong reasoning. It’s like the Wimbledon 2006 final, his play on grass is not as good as on clay yet. Novak is playing absolutely outstanding tennis so it requires a superhuman effort.

Carlitos is too good and will win at least one set.
