It seems like an empty stat though doesn't it?

Federer did this in 06, 07 and 09. It always felt hallow considering how close it was to the Calendar run.

Yeah, sure buddy :rolleyes:. Right on. Never mind the fact that Federer won 3 of 4 slams in 2 of those years and 2 in the other which included a RG and a record breaking Wimbledon.

It has to be a negative since he didn't complete the CYGS. Give me a break.

On topic, congrats to Novak. A truly special feat that shows remarkable consistency.

It's impressive, but somewhat of an empty stat considering the role of draws and whatnot in this. To have accomplished, it means unequivocally you had a great year of course though...

By emphasising that Nadal has never done it, I wanted to show how difficult is to accomplish this feat.
Except two other players, no one else have done it. Why mention only Nadal when Sampras, Agassi and several other legends fail to do it?
