There's a thread about their h2h in tournaments starting in 2011. However, their careers started long before 2011. It just wouldn't be fair to omit those, after all, Novak won a many of those matches. It seems unfair to not give Novak credit for them. As the great Lew said:
Keep fantasizing. Those matches are real.
So, here we are. Novak looks pretty good in a lot of these:

Miami: Djokovic 3-0
MonteCarlo: 2-2

Rome: Nadal 5-3

Doha: Djokovic 1-0
ATP Cup: Djokovic 1-0
Cincinnati: Djokovic 2-0
Queens: Nadal 1-0

Misleading thread - the title made it seem interesting, but it is the same old GPPD daily argument. Wanted to know how Novak did against his brothers.

(The internal battles are always the toughest.)

A few random takeaways:
27 of 56 meetings were in finals.
(I wonder how that percentage compares with the other Big 3 rivalries, and maybe, Pete-Andre, Mac-Borg, etc.)

8 meetings at Rome.
8 at RG (Similarly, have two players met that often at another slam?..I forget how many times Roger and Rafa met at RG - 6 or 7?)

Rafa is 6-0 Vs Roger at Rg
And 7-1 Vs Novak at Rg

As usually all the numbers point to Djokovic winning most matches, dominating strongest opponent, being the best of big 3... but yes old fed, out of form injured Nadal
