Djokovic looking skinnier than ever!

Djoker is thin not SKINNY. The guy has better flexibility than most women too !!!

Some women are very attractive to that "girly pretty boy" figure.

Women can serve as his protector off the court, too.

He looks skinny now, more than ever. How can he endure 5 sets matches with no body fat?

I was into Swedish and Italian players because of my background. I liked Becker too as a kid. Mac. Then it was rafa.
Not sure if many women are into that degree of skinny as this photos from today.
Time will show, how his body can handle long matches.
Im skinny too, and have a hard time putting on weight. I can build some muscles with protein but its not enough, need carbs. On a gluten free diet carbs can be an issue. I eat fat (good non saturated fat) but that doesn't gain weight.

I never been a Connors fan. Agassi of course i liked! How is it possible not to be amazed by Agassis tennis and career!

Agassi's book was superb. Early Agassi I hated but as he matured he turned into a superb man of great character and respect. He suffered so many hard loses to Pete, through.

I never liked MAC or Becker.

Connors I liked his style and intensity and drama on the court. Agassi was the best pure ball striker i have ever seen . Never liked PETE

Anyone hazard a guess at his weight there @ 6'2?

I actually looked this up on the ATP website, and it says 165 lbs (75 kgs exactly) now. If it's accurate I think that's a fair bit lower than what it used to be and the lowest I've ever seen it. Certainly not that great for someone 6'2.

Just for comparison, Murray is 6'3, 185 (84 kgs). Federer is 6'1, 187 (85 kgs). Nadal is 6'1, 188 (85 kgs). I know Djokovic has always been lean, but 165 is definitely on the low side regardless.

Agassi career and character development is astonishing. An inspiration!

I found it to be a good overview of his career at large and an interesting insight into the man. It felt a bit trite though... I wanted more.

Bartoli I think. She's recovered very well since. Looks healthy now

As for Novak, he defifintely does look under the weather. I don't think it's to do with his diet. there are plenty of body builders out there with extreme diets. It's more so the fact that he just has become lazy, in the sense that he doesn't have the will to put in the same effort anymore. Maybe less time at the gym or on the courts and therefore slimmed down a bit. Just a rough patch in his life at the moment whether personal or mental, which he can hopefully recover from, or maybe we are over reacting a bit

Murrays only 6 2. those are user submitted or years old so to be taken maybe with a grain of salt.

Youre right about NDs being updated lately so he prob was 165 at some point recently. He might be even less at this moment, he looks barely 160.

He is better lighter, around 170 would be ok but he is flirting with taking it too far to where it negatively impacts his game imo.

Yeah, I think you're right about the user submitted numbers. I know Federer's and Nadal's weights haven't changed in forever, but I'm pretty sure 165 lbs is a different number for Novak just by memory.

You googled and found exact same picture that I posted other day. :D

This is Mats Wilander all over again. Unlike mats wilander, I think Novak Djokovic can get to number one again but what we will never see is the invincibile aura.

He needs to get back to the "Lendl regimen" of nutrition and fitness! Stop reciting mantras in dark corners with running water next him, eating figs and tree bark. Naked Yoga on a cliff in Monte Carlo while breathing Frankenscence and mur. "Tai Chi" under a "cherry blossom tree" while drinking "Tea" as "P" collects his "Fee" Say What!!!!!!! Ya'll don't here me doe!!

It isn't. ATP just keeps their career starting (reported) weights in there forever. Has nothing to do with reality.

It's different. He was listed at 175 a couple of years back. 165 is the lowest I remember seeing it.
This guru stuff he is into, is taking a big toll. Everyone knows these spiritual guys that are a bag of bones, only these aren't top athletes

I think in his current state he is fine with not winning anything big and not giving it all on the court. At least this is my impression and I'm not talking about the Davis Cup.

I'd love to see Beastovic again, but we have to respect his decision in any case. I'll always root for him and hope he can come back strong. However, it depends on his body and as long as his shoulder isn't fine he will have a hard time winning.

He looks horrible. No wonder his game is in the toilet. Looks like he's just been pulled from a concentration camp. I bet he weighs close to 150 pounds.

What is this idiot doing to himself?

He needs to eat more. Nuff Said No Excuses.

Roger had prepared a tasty breadstick for the final with Novak but since Novak didn't show up he graciously gave it to Rafa.
I know that you are overconfident fanboy , there it is, just to remind you and your fellow who actually got breadstick at AO (won one set on Plexi against novak)

Uhm, yes he does appear skinny nowadays... and here's my 0.02 €s, for what it's worth:

1) apparently his mind is been set on other matters than tennis right now, for whatever reason. I don't like speculations on anyone's private life, so not going any further into this.
Leave that kind of garbage up to the dirty side of the media... or rather, not. It's ugly.
Perhaps he's just enjoying his life away from the courts right now? If so, all too understandable. Ask Borg, for instance.

2) like plenty of other top athletes, alas, Djok seems to be a rather supersticious fellow, into quite a bit of non-scientifically proven mumbo-jumbo-quackery.
Hence the 'dietisis', may I remind folks that a mere 5% - or even less - of all who claim to be gluten-intolerant/allergic, actually get a genuine scientifically/medically-sound diagnosis of indeed suffering from actual coeliac disease? Add that to the cvac-egg, the 'guru', and there you have it...

Djok, have a good meal, and dump that 'guru', and any other 'advisors' from the quack business.
Enjoy life, get back to good health, and all will welcome you back into proper shape on the tennis courts. :)

During his big runs his serve was actually pretty solid and he was good at mixing it around and hitting the lines. He has exellent spin and movement

Maybe he should just take off 6 months and go to rehab and get his edge back.

Why rush in again if you are not fully ready.
Totally agree with this. I'd focus on rehabbing my shoulder til the final clay masters, come back then.

You know for sure he is having major shoulder problems ???
It sure seems like it. His usual first serve is 118 mph. He's been hitting that at times the last 6 months, but in between theres been serious drops in speed. Meanwhile I've seen him grasping his shoulder since RG'16 IIRC.

Pretty clear to me he's taken the dieting too far, he needs more protein and muscle at this point. Probably 5-7 kilos would be an ideal gain.

I think he's dropped the weight in part to cover the court better, because as I predicted he is losing speed and is attemtping to compensate.

But even though Federer is very skinny he still has those broad shoulders which would naturally bring his weight up quite a bit, although back in the day I thought he maybe weighed more than what was posted but as he's gotten older (30's) he has gotten skinnier.

Fair enough.

I thought he used to be listed at 176 or so. The ATP certainly updates weights for some players, like Kokinakkis and Thiem.

It's harder for me to believe that someone like Sascha Zverev weighs more than Andy Murray. I don't know though, ask Brad Gilbert. He's always obsessing over that kind of stuff.
