Federer only winning 2 slams between 2010-2016 cost him the GOAT title. For a seven-year stretch, he won less majors than Wawrinka and Murray (and Fed himself from 2017-2018). If we go from Feb 2010-Dec 2016, he won the same amount of majors as Marin Cilic

This was part of the strongest era too and Fed couldn’t hack the competition as well as Djokodal. He ended 3rd where he deserved to be due to not being good enough in this period.

It happens.... Nadal's achievements are quite limited outside clay... so his fans cherish whatever little he has outside clay at the cost of Fed-ovic .... the wins are cherished a lot... If we say he dodged then fans get angry as it means questioning nadal's integrity ..... 2-1 is one of the very little things Nadal had over Nole on a HC..... 4>3 is now 4=4 ..... 2-1 is still a bit relevant but not a lot, no sooner does Djoker win 5th USO the 2-1 will also become irrelevant... it is already partially nullified with 4=4

Nadal has forever remained second all his life and under his shadow of either Federer or Nole ..... So thats that, people savour what little glory they have, I wont blame them.
