May this be the first of many big triumphs for them this season, and this week too.

I would say possible. More than 50% odds. What do you think?

I'm on the same page, more likely than not, but not 100% or even 80% confident it happens...a lot will depend on his performances at each slam this season alone! We need less of those USO 2024 situations...Also lots depend on draws, affected by his ranking as well, to secure top-4 spot more often than not he would have to avoid frequent encounters in QFs or earlier stages of grand slams with the likes of Alcaraz, Sinner or even Zverev and that means being ranked as top-4 player in the world for as long as possible...

The Djoker has skipped Wednesday and Thursday practice. It is now Friday morning down under.
Any update from people on the ground in Melbourne? Has he been spotted practicing?

Nole is ahead of Fedal by more than 200 points NOW (2025 AO)—a monumental lead.
The gap is far wider than Pete had over Agassi in their era.
Absolutely insane dominance!

Do not show those to Fedal cult.... You know how stats were important for Roger´s fans, they are not gonna like it. hihihi

little sad with the feeling that we might have seen last of a healthy Nole in the latter stages. Every grand Slam now, i just hope that he is healthy and i am not even hoping for a lucky draw or his strongest opponents in opposite part of the draw, i just hope that he is healthy. And each injury is pretty bad, its not like a sore muscle or something, its directly a tear. Even in his Zverev match his shotmaking was crisp and smooth but the body was just not in sync with the mind.

Also, one last rivalry i wanted to see was a peak Sinner against a healthy Nole, i guess we cannot see that much. He has pretty much seen off everybody in his career with him on top. With Federer,Nadal,Thiem, Wawarinka,Murray,Alcaraz, Medvedev and so on. I guess you cannot have it all.

While tiktok shouldn't be anyone's main source of info, here's a quick breakdown of Novak's injury based on the one scan photo:

Nole might be away from the tour for two months...

There's really not much point in playing before the clay season now. From my perspective, another MC title would have been the 7th most important for Novak (after the slams, YEC and OG) because of the triple GM (or triple big titles sweep). However there's a 0% he'll be playing at the next olympics (not to mention winning), and he stated that he's done with YEC (though in 2023, he seemed more interested in the DC, but thankfully brought his best tennis to Turin instead). That would realistically make MC his fifth most important event, but the problem is that it comes at the start of the clay season, where peaking too early doesn’t make sense given the priority of RG. Then there's Madrid which is an awful preparation for RG given the conditions. Still hoping to see him in Monaco, even if he hasn't played decent tennis there in a decade (not unlike the Sunshine Double).

Will Djokovic cross 8000 aces by end of his career? Currently he is at 7487 aces and hit 299 aces last year.

If he plays 2 full years I think this is very much achievable. Which would put him at number 12 all time.

Second here. He missed BIG chance last year, Rudd and Bus should have been his pigeons. Should have added a ATP title here, the only one in 2024
